INGREDIENTS:
  • Filleted fish
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Beer
  • Seafood Breader (I won't use anything but House Autry)
  • Oil (Peanut if you don't have to worry about allergies, or Canola)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix 1 cup flour, 1 beer (12oz), and 1 egg in a bowl big enough to hold the
    mixture and the fillets
  2. Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce to mixture to taste
  3. Add clean, paper towel dried, fillets to mixture
  4. Let the mixture with fillets sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  5. Place seafood breader in a clean container, one that has a lid
  6. Take 4-5 fillets at a time from mixture and add to container with seafood
    breader. Shake thoroughly with lid on to ensure they're coated very well.
  7. Add coated fillets to oil (whether on the stove in a pot or deep fryer) and
    cook until golden brown
