Today you can help a very brave man. The Spartanburg City Fire Department is hosting a benefit lunch today for Pelham-Batesville firefighter Patrick Shultz. You've heard us mention his tragic story on The Ellis and Bradley Show.
He was piloting a plane when it crashed in the Florida panhandle a few weeks ago. The accident took the life of his mother, aunt and teenage nephew. Patrick is currently being treated at the Augusta Burn Center.
First Responders in Spartanburg are rallying today to help their brother with medical expenses. Come by the firehouse at 151 South Spring Street in Spartanburg, starting at noon. Pay just $5 for a hamburger or hot dog meal and know that you're doing something good for a very good man.
