Can jogging kill you??
Let me start by saying jogging is good for you. It's too much jogging that can be bad. A new study found that people who run for more than a few hours a week have similar lifespans to people who never exercise. They are not sure why too much running is bad but it could cause too much wear and tear on the body. They say the healthiest people are the ones who got a moderate amount of exercise and don't overdo it. It's not all bad news, just that you may not want to go jogging for hours on end. (Health Day)
