I have to say nothing drives me crazier than a person just hanging in the left lane. It is a passing lane to keep traffic moving. If you are in the left lane and a car comes up behind you it is the law that you move over. Now in saying that if it is obvious that the person is not going to move over riding their bumper will not help. It just creates an even more dangerous situation. Drive safely someone loves you and will miss you if you were gone!
