When I first heard this story I could not believe it. The more I read the madder I got. The child that was hit has a brain issue and can not be hit in the head so my question is why is he playing dodgeball?? If the child that threw the ball was playing too rough then maybe a recess suspension but I have not seen where he was playing any differently than the other kids.
