Greenville County Schools announced Wednesday something that seniors across the county have been dreading: all proms are officially canceled.
But a decision was not as definite about graduations.
The move came afterGov. Henry McMaster announced that schools will not return to in-person instruction for the rest of the school year.

As a result of his decision, no proms will take place for students in Greenville County this year, district spokesman Tim Waller said.
