Paul Nichols, founder of Upstate Granite Solutions, invites you to join him on Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11, as he honors fellow veterans through the dedication of South Carolina’s largest American flag and flagpole during the company’s 5th year anniversary celebration from 10:00a.m. – 3:00p.m. at Upstate Granite Solutions, which is located at 2840 New Easley Highway in Greenville.
All veterans are invited to help unfurl and raise the massive 50’ by 80’ American Flag. In addition to the dedication ceremony, free food, live music and family-friendly activities will be available before the dedication ceremony.
After serving in the U.S. Army for five years as an armor officer, Nichols returned to the Upstate in 2015 to launch his own stone fabrication and installation company. From humble beginnings on his back porch, Nichols founded Upstate Granite Solutions, a company focused on serving the needs of the greater Greenville community. After five years of hard work and accelerated company growth, Nichols is investing in a monument to honor his fellow veterans. To bring this dream to reality, Upstate Granite Solutions will raise the largest American flag in South Carolina over Greenville’s west side towering on a 160 ft. pole.
Veterans, active duty military, and all first responders will be honored at this event. Upstate Granite Solutions invites the entire Upstate community to join in honoring the men and women who have served and are bravely serving our country.
