Yep, I was not prepared for this. At all. The man lost his son last year, and made the incredible decision to donate his organs before he passed, and that included his heart. The recipient had kept in contact with the father, and ended up sending him a gift on the one year anniversary of the transplant. It was a teddy bear with the sound of his son's heartbeat. I can't even IMAGINE what this father was feeling. My gosh. I'm warning you...grab the tissues before you watch this.
