Construction of Two Kings Casino is underway in what once was a very rural stretch of land off of I-85 and along Dixon School Road in the Kings Mountain area. But it seems there's a legal battle between the Catawba Tribe, who's behind the building of the Two Kings Casino and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians who are actually fighting it.
