The Office of Constable Ted Heap. Harris County Constable Pct. 5 posted some photos to their Facebook page showing a recent rescue mission. They were called to a neighborhood to investigate a suspicious gym bag that was "moving" and had been left on a median.
Once the officers arrived they found 3 "starving little kittens inside."
Deputy Debra Albert then took the kittens back to work where they were fed and got to explore before heading to the local animal services and veterinarian.
