Phillies Fan Kathy McVay got hit and the Phillies Phanatic feels terrible about it. The Phillies Mascot armed with a pretty big air gun, shoots hot dogs (wrapped in duct tape) into the stands as a part of a promotion with a hot dog company! Kathy just didn't see it coming until BAM!!!! The Phillies reached out to her with an apology and tickets to another game. Perhaps one behind the net would be a good idea.
