An Ohio man named Richard Hill thought he was doing the right thing on Saturday. He spotted two dogs inside a locked car at a Walmart parking lot. It was a very hot day and the animals were in danger. Others saw it too and while some called the police and some went into the store to find the owner, Richard Hill took action. He went to his truck, got a hammer and smashed open the window, took the dogs out and another person gave them water.
The dog's owner did not get a ticket. Richard Hill, did. Parma, Ohio police said that 911 had been called and they were on their way to help and his actions were over the top. I'm sorry but THAT is an injustice. Nonetheless, Richard Hill has a court date ahead of him for doing the right thing.
