Protesters march in downtown Greenville in response to George Floyd death

Hundreds of people took part in a protest in downtown Greenville, joining several demonstrations across the country in the wake of the George Floyd death in Minneapolis.

The "Silent Sunday" protest was organized by Upstate Black Lives Matter Greenville and surrounding areas.

It was publicized onFacebookand began at 4 p.m. in Falls Park.

The protesters walked down Main Street to One City Plaza where they chanted and raised signs.
