Upstate YMCA closes after summer camp counselors test positive for COVID-19

An Upstate YMCA has shut down after summer camp counselors tested positive for coronavirus, according to the organization's officials.

Easley YMCA CEO Sid Collins said four camp counselors tested positive for COVID-19 and are going through the protocols recommended by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, including contact tracing.

Collins posted on Facebook Monday about the closure.
