It's called the Monument to Confederate Dead of Oconee County. For several days now, it's been the site of protest. A curfew on the city of Walhalla was put in effect Monday night until 6 this morning. WSPA's Jennifer Martin was on the scene early today and saw this. A crew putting up a fence around the monument. Several arrests have taken place at the site and city officials expect more protests from both those who want it removed and those who don't.
