Fall for Greenville canceled due to COVID-19 concerns

Fall for Greenville is canceled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Organizers made the announcement about the food and music festival Wednesday morning.

"We had initially hoped a date later in the fall would be possible, but current information and projections indicate that mass gatherings at large-scale events could potentially put attendees and surrounding communities at risk," a release said.

Organizers said they did extensive research, consulted with health professionals and had numerous internal discussions before coming to the decision.
