Walmart plans to turn 160 store parking lots into drive-in movie theaters and two of them are in the Upstate.
Movies are planned in Spartanburg on Oct. 13 and 14 at the Spartanburg Walmart Supercenter #1281, 2151 E Main Street. The movies begin at 7:30 p.m.

Walmart's news release says the events will be family friendly.
