The City of Greenville is giving away 100,000 masks for free Wednesday morning in an effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19 throughout the community.
The masks are for businesses only, according to city officials.
Business leaders can pick up masks from 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the Greenville Convention Center in a "drive-thru fashion."
"As long as there continues to be a need and we keep hearing that request of we need help, we will be available and continue to make that order so that our community can be safe," Beth Brotherton, City of Greenville spokesperson, said.
This is the third mask handout for the city.
Each business can get up to 100 masks.
