Right in the middle of the day! In the crowded Wal-Mart at Spartanburg's Dorman Center, a yet to be indentified man jumped an off duty Spartanburg Police Officer who was working at the store as a security guard. He was in uniform at the time. We're told the man came at the officer with a knife causing injury The Officer was taken to the hospital but reports are that he's okay. The suspect fled but was tracked down and has been taken into custody.
