CASTING CALL: Hallmark film shooting in Charleston needs extras

f you've dreamed of being a part of a Hallmark Channel Christmas movie, now is your chance — but you have to fit the bill to get cast.

Producers of an upcoming holiday film created and written by Dateline NBC correspondent Andrea Canning will be filming in Charleston starting Monday, Sept. 28.

“USS Christmas” is a Christmas love story following the lives of Navy fighter pilot Billy Jenkins and news reporter Maddie Contino, who have both put their careers before their lackluster love lives. Will the two lead characters be able to put their careers on hold to find a special bond of love and happiness that can only be found during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season?

Casting company TW Cast and Recruit is currently looking for men and women of all ethnicities who are 20 years of ago or older to serve as extras in the film.
