I'm with Rex Chapman! This is the NBA in the 80's and 90's. Man, I've played backyard basketball games that resembled this! It's just flat hilarious! Reg Ball, as seen played here in Russia, is basketball without the dribbling. Add in some wrastlin' take downs and there ya have it. Waiting to see if this becomes an Olympic Sport!!
