I've lived in this beautiful area for 34 years! I LOVE the Upstate, an area I named "Whistleland" when I moved here. I can't imagine moving. But, if you're giving it a thought. Here's a nice town that's offering you $5,000 if you'll move there in the next 12 months. They ask that you either bring your remote work with you or take a job with their local industry or retail stores. Other perks include what they're calling "Grandparents On Demand". Seniors who will volunteer to stand in as grandparents for whatever need you'd have for one or two. Crazy huh???
