Country Artist Brooke Eden, Wife Welcome Baby No. 1: 'Love Of Our Lives'

Brooke Eden and her wife, Hilary Hoover, shared the heartwarming first photos of their newborn son after welcoming Baby No. 1 earlier this month.

Eden and Hoover shared photos by Ford Fairchild in a recent Instagram post as they announced their baby boy’s arrival: “On the morning of November 2nd, the love of my life gave birth to the love of our lives 🩵 Welcome to the world, Beckham Gene Eden Hoover!” The announcement quickly drew congratulatory messages from Maggie Rose, Lindsay Ell, Cassadee Pope and many others.

Eden, 35, and Hoover, 34, announced earlier this year that they were expecting their first baby. The country artist told PEOPLE at that time that she knew Hoover “was meant to be a mom. …(She) just had such the most natural maternal instinct. We’ve known from the very beginning that we wanted to start a family together. It’s always just been a matter of when and how.”

The new mothers recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary. Eden and Hoover got married on October 29, 2022. They said “I do” in an intimate ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by a week in Mexico with “a bunch of our favorite people.” See the photos of the couple’s newborn baby here:
