Randy Travis shared a sweet message to Kane Brown’s family.

Brown’s wife, Katelyn Brown, shared s video on Instagram on Thursday (February 20) to capture the “snow day magic” with her three young children in Nashville, Tennessee. The video showed stunning glimpses of the blankets of snow, and glimpses of the three kids — Kingsley Rose, 5, Kodi Jane, 3, and Krewe Allen, who was born in June 2024 — enjoying the snow day together.

“We love the way y’all ‘Family’! And, share it with the world…great example of priority leading to longevity. Y’all are beautiful—we love you!” Travis wrote in the comments.

Travis’ wife, Mary, shared the “fascinating story” of how the “Forever and Ever, Amen” legend became friends with the “Thank God” trailblazer. Travis and his wife took the stage at the 16th ACM Honors in 2023 to present Brown with the International Award for reaching a global audience with his music. Mary said at that time: “Tonight, I’m going to tell you a story. It’s a fascinating story about two men who have never really had a traditional conversation together. Kane came along a couple of years after Randy’s stroke [2013], that’s when they first met. But somehow there was this love, and it’s never gone away, never diminished. …Tonight, we ‘Thank God’ for Katelyn and Kane, and your beautiful children.”

Brown is one of many country stars nominated at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. This year’s show will also pay tribute to the resiliency and rebuilding of Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires affecting the entire community and will drive donations to Fireaidla.org. Contributions made to FireAid will be distributed under the advisement of the Annenberg Foundation, for short-term relief efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters. The Annenberg Foundation, with decades of philanthropic leadership in the community, including rapid response, will help coordinate a team to direct funds for the greatest impact.
