HOLY. CRAP. THIS IS CRAZY!! Dash cam video out of a Minnesota has gone viral that shows a police officer hitting speeds of 114 mph while responding to a call, and he hits a deer!! I'll warn you, it's a little tough to watch, but HOLY CRAP this is crazy!
