Looks like Scotty had something to do before heading to Spartanburg for our Picking in The park July 17. He needed to get married. He and Gabi Dugal were married on Saturday and will take off for a tropical honeymoon in Tahiti on Tuesday. Scotty and Gabi have known each other since kindergarten, and they began dating about six years ago when they were seniors in high school in Garner, North Carolina, around the time McCreery won Season 10 of American Idol. She’s been in several of his music videos, but he didn’t reveal their relationship in public for years until she was comfortable with it. Very sweet.
