I find this story shocking. Why victimize these people twice?? If you believe you are not at fault then defend yourself in court if you are sued. They are the victims they have a right to seek justice if they believe they were wronged and Mandalay Bay failed to keep them safe and the casino has the right to then defend themselves on all charges but to strike the first blow to me is just wrong
