We're learning more about the person who bought that winning $1.6 Billion Mega Millions ticket at the KC Mart #7.
First off, she's not from here. She was passing through last October and decided to take a drive in the country and when she passed the KC Mart she stopped in and bought the ticket. We're also learning that she is a generous soul and is giving back to this area!
