Just one play. One missed stop. What happened in Game 6 of the 1986 World Series to Bill Buckner made him a punchline..a better him than me soul for years after this one play. Buckner passed away over the weekend of complications from dimentia. He was only 69 years old. Over the years, Buckner forgave Red Sox fans and they forgave him as well. One of the great moments in that process was when Larry David convinced him to do a cameo scene on "Curb Your Enthusiasm". Oh, and he made the catch this time.
