The Guys Give Bobby Their Best (and Worst) Dad Advice

With Bobby and Caitlin expecting their first baby, the guys on the Bobby Bones Show decided to share some “helpful” dad advice. Let’s just say… Bobby might not want to write most of this down.

Lunchbox’s Tips:

• Breastfeeding + Earplugs: Lunchbox swears by this system. He said if Bobby just wears earplugs at night, he won’t wake up during middle-of-the-night feedings since Caitlin will be breastfeeding anyway. He insisted it worked for him, though Bobby immediately wrote it down as “what NOT to do.”
• Laundry Loophole: Lunchbox also shared his sneaky way of getting out of laundry duty. He said once Bobby messes up a load, shrink a shirt, ruin some whites... he’ll never be asked to do laundry again.

Eddie’s Tips:

• Diaper Disaster Strategy: Eddie claims one of the worst parts of fatherhood is changing diapers. His advice? Mess up the first diaper change so badly that Caitlin won’t want him to do it again. Amy jumped in quickly saying Caitlin would “murder him” if he tried that. But Eddie stood by his method, saying it worked with his first kid and he’s still married.
• Hospital Run Rule: Eddie’s final piece of advice was a warning, do not let Caitlin drive herself to the hospital, and definitely don’t stop for breakfast on the way. Bobby asked if Eddie was finally admitting he once did that to his wife. Eddie said nope, they just “remember it differently.”
